LINC ONLINE

LINC Online is a central source of information on Langston University's HBCU-UP project.  Here, we supplement  information provided on LU's website with important tools and resources aimed at making it easy to navigate our program.

Most of the tools and resources you need are just a click away.  However, there are forms and other information that has not transitioned to a digital format.  In those cases, we provide you with the appropriate contact information to get it.

Below is a checklist of information available here.

ACCESS TO SCHOLARS AND PEERS

LINC Scholars' profiles are in this area. Find out about other scholars who are in the LINC program. Most are eager to share information they have gleaned from their experience.

LINC Scholars who have graduated and now in Graduate School or are a practicing STEM professional have agreed to act as a sounding board for current scholars.  Here you can get a profile of their experience and areas of expertise. They have provided you with their contact information, so send them an email with you questions or concerns.  Sometimes all it takes is a friendly conversation with someone who has "been there, done that" to put things in perspective.

LINC/STEMSCHOLAR SHOWCASE

Our LINC program reaches beyond LINC scholars to include all of our STEM scholars. We are very proud of their many stellar accomplishments. Thanks to the impact of our LINC program, the number of STEM summer internships increased over 600%.  Many of our scholars won national competitions for their presentations that were done all over the U.S. This link will take you to our Hall of Fame Showcase.

LU's STEM department, with the support of the LINC project, has begun to develop a new learning tool called CPR-L.  Read about it here.
